Cross-Cultural

Training program dedicated to foreigners who come to Brazil or Brazilians who are moving abroad. Also designed to readjust executives and their families upon their return to Brazil (repatriation).

Our Cross-Cultural sessions supply specific information on cultural differences which may pose a barrier to success in their process of adjustment and their professional goals.

1st Step: initial contact with the company to get acquainted with HR policies and the reasons for international transfers.

2nd Step: getting to know the profiles of the people involved, either in person or through any means of communication.

3rd Step: at least one whole day dedicated to the training program, with the executive and his/her family and other Brazilians or foreigners who have had a practical or theoretical experience in living abroad. It is a dynamic process, including situations or issues brought up by the expats and discussed in search of solutions.

Training - Diverse Cultures

Designed for situations involving two or more groups of persons with different backgrounds and distinct cultural origins, that will have to work together in project development or task forces. The outcome is a minimization of conflicts and disputes that are bound to occur in situations of this sort.
